With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms you will find this house is surprisingly spacious. The master and two bedrooms are on the main floor with vaulted ceilings and a large great room, laundry, two bedrooms, and bathroom are in the basement. The basement was finished less than 3 years ago and the garage has built in shelves for additional storage. The neighborhood is full of young friendly families that enjoy community events, treats, and block parties.

Rental candidates must complete the application. All applicants will be reviewed and background checks conducted. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Monthly maintenance will be conducted and scheduled with the tenant. Repairs and consumables under $150 will be the responsibility of the tenant. The HOA requires driveway parking, but it isn't regulated often. First month's rent and deposit are required at signing of the lease. Last month's rent is also due at signing unless the renter elects to finance it over 6 months by increasing the monthly payments. The deposit will be for cleaning and incidental costs. Any remaining deposit balance shall be returned to the tenant after cleaning and repairs are completed. Lease agreement is for 12 months minimum. All utilities shall be paid by the renter. The HOA fees will be covered by owner. No late payments. A late payment or no payment will begin the eviction process.

Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."

    "Liberty Farms in Eagle Mountain is a clean, beautifully maintained, family friendly area where you are close enough to be to walk to Eagle Mountains only resturaunts, grocery store, schools, medical centers and public transportation but you still feel like you get the outdoory wilderness feel.
