"You see lots of people walking their dogs- most owners are good but we always walk with a flashlight as lot of people just leave the behind and the sidewalks are a gross mess! Good dogs- bad dog owners!"

"There is a fantastic public library, good school, and it is safe to live here. Homes are well maintained and in general people are polite. It is dog friendly and it appears nearly everybody has one. Many nice walking trails for a bit of nature."

"It's a good area for a family, couple of weirdos here and there other than that it's a good area. traffic in the area is garbage however the ferry screws commute up quite often."

"I mostly work from home so I do not have a commute at this time I will say when I am going places there’s pretty much only one way in and one way out and once you get up to Mukilteo’s Speedway there’s a lot of traffic and it takes a long time to get through the lights "

"We have a lovely setting near a golf course, we have some light industrial industry that is nicely integrated and now we have Paine Field for commercial flights. The ferry terminal project is well underway. Thus far traffic is manageable."

"The Gulch trail is behind us and we have a fenced yard. The insulation is awesome. We hardly ever use fans in the summer and have never used the heat."
