Venture Out is a 55+ community that offers guests two Olympic size swimming pools, four hot tubs, saunas, exercise facilities, lawn bowling, croquet, pickle ball, shuffleboard courts, golf driving cages, a putting green, horseshoe pits, bocce ball courts, batting cage and eight tennis courts. There are also a number of scheduled activities and classes. 2 tenants can stay in the unit but 1 PERSON has to be over 55. The monthly rent is $1350 with 1 year lease. The rent includes water, sewer, and trash charges. The tenant requires to pay $50 fee for transfer fee, car decal, and picture badge. One month security deposit is required prior to moving in. No pet allowed.

Water, sewer, trash, and facilities usage are included in the rent. Renter only pays for electric and internet.
