427 Navajo is a mobile home for senior (one tenant has to be 55+ years old) with 1 bedroom and a lower enclosed Arizona room. It is fully furnished with washer/dryer, microwave, and living room furniture. It is located in Venture Out RV Resort in Mesa, AZ. Venture Out is a 55+ community (one of the tenant has to be 55+ years old) that offers guests two Olympic size swimming pools, four hot tubs, saunas, exercise facilities, lawn bowling, croquet, shuffleboard courts, golf driving cages, a putting green, horseshoe pits, bocce ball courts, batting cage, 11 pickleball courts, and 8 tennis courts. There are also a number of scheduled activities and classes. 2 tenants can stay in the unit but 1 PERSON has to be over 55. The monthly rent is $1350 with 1 year lease. The rent includes trash, water and sewer charges. The tenant requires to pay $50 fee total for transfer fee, car decal, and picture badge. One month security deposit is required prior to moving in. No pet allowed.

Owners pays water, sewer, trash, and the HOA for all facilities usage.

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail. Where can you see that?"
