112 Merlin is a SENIOR mobile home (one tenant has to be 55+) with 1 bedroom and a lower enclosed Arizona room (no AC or heat in the AZ room though). It is fully furnished with TV, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, living room, and dining room furniture. It is located in Venture Out RV Resort in Mesa, AZ. Venture Out is a 55+ community that offers guests two Olympic size swimming pools, four hot tubs, saunas, exercise facilities, lawn bowling, croquet, pickle ball, shuffleboard courts, golf driving cages, a putting green, horseshoe pits, bocce ball courts, batting cage and eight tennis courts. There are also a number of scheduled activities and classes.

2 tenants can stay in the unit but 1 PERSON has to be over 55. The monthly rent is $1100 with1 year lease. The rent includes water and sewer charges. A credit check fee of $35 and credit score of 600 are required. One month security deposit is required prior to moving in. No pet allowed.
