About this House

This is an apartment at the Ridge at Blackmore. I'm looking for someone to take over my 10 month lease.

Two large bedrooms with huge closets! Large kitchen with pantry. One bathroom with lots of storage space. First floor. Pet friendly!

There are two pools, two workout areas, a dog park and a playground.

Internet included. Tenant pays electric.
If you look at the Blackmore's website they will advertise these units cheaper but what they don't tell you is there are a ton of fees!
Fees for parking, washer dryer, common area, internet. It all ads up to 1600 a month. I'm happy to show you my lease so you can compare.

    "The neighborhood is safe and full of kids walking to school. The streets are safe but there are some cars that drive fast through the neighborhood but if you call the cops they will send a car out to sit and watch for a few days to slow down the drivers. "

Although there is a lot of traffic in the early morning and around 4 - 6 pm it is a good nieghborhs for kids. Just beware of some of the crazy drivers if you let your kids play out front . "
