They cut the grass edge the sidewalks and driveway rake leaves when necessary. Fertilize the lawn blow off the roof and gutters. Take pretty much care of all the outside, large backyard. Schools are very close. Lowes is approximately three blocks away shopping mall and restaurants approximately eight blocks away. It's a great neighborhood and great neighbors.
