"I’m not a dog owner, but I would think they would like it because there is many neighbors in the area that are dog owners "
  • Bsepr2011
"Nothing super unique, however, piece of advice: GO MEET YOUR NEIGHBORS. Have a barbecue - the weather is getting warmer - invite then over for a brats and beers. Have conversation. Facilitate having your kids play outside with your neighbor's kids. All this is much easier than it seems, and so worth it."

"I love Dundee it’s a small town feel! I want to find a home here soon. You can walk anywhere and not have to worry about anything. Everyone is friendly and there a lot of fun activities that go on all year around. The school are the best and have a lot to offer kids. Teachers really care about the kids and go out of their way to help"

"It's quiet, people say Hi to each other, it's friendly. It's easy to walk to restaurants and shops. "

"If you enjoy living in the country this is the place to live. You are not too far away from Ann Arbor or Toledo if you want to do some serious shopping or go out with friends for a night on the town. Dundee is growing very quickly since the Cabella store was built. Many new shops, stores and taverns have been popping up in and around town. I grew up in Dundee and seen the wonderful changes being made and it just keeps getting better. Wonderful place for families with children or if you want to retire. The only thing thats really missing is a bigger food store like Meijers or Wal-mart and possibly a movie theater. However if this town keeps growing like it is I'm most certain those businesses will see the potential to build their businesses in Dundee! "

"There are two great small towns close together - I think they are only 3 miles apart. Quiet Country Living with extremely low crime. Summerfield Twp Schools are excellent. Folks are friendly. Several small pizza and family restaurants. Around a 25 min. commute to Ann Arbor, Toledo, Monroe or Adrian and it only takes 5 mins to get to US23. 7 Miles from Cabelas. 25 Minutes to Costco. Loads of parking. New bank. New Library. Nice place to live."
