Owners ensuite features a large, organized walk-in closet, and a den/office area. Kitchen is open to the living area and dining area and includes eat-in granite island, and tiled backsplash. Cats and dogs are welcome (maximum of two).

Grant Park features some of the best services and amenities in all of the Twin Cities including 24 hr. concierge/front desk, secure access, large private courtyard, community room with board room, state of the art fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, sauna/steam, tanning room, car wash, concrete floors and walls, free indoor guest parking, guest suites, and computer room with copier, printer and fax machine. 2 parking spots are available to rent in the secure, covered parking ramp attached to the building. $100 for one, $150 for both.

Parks, grocery shops, and restaurants all close by. Grant park has easy access to all major freeways with all the luxuries and shortened commute times that come with being centrally located in the metro area.
