"Tennis courts barkpark baseball games police station nex to park. The area is really nice.I just hate the complex that I live in."
  • Carolineoltmanns
"Beautiful area… been here since 1992. Dog friendly, people friendly..: overall this is a safe, beautiful area close to Center City Philadelphia and just over an hour to get to NYC, with great transportation if needed and close to Jersey Shore. "
  • Csouldough831
"I have lived here for 2 years. It is super quiet, neighbors are quiet, Most mind their own business and are respectful. It is beautiful in the fall spring and summer. I love being by the river and I sit there and eat pray just chill. Kids still ride their bikes go to the park and go for pizza. So think about that. People walk and run morning when it's dark noon and evening. It truly is frozen in time. I would love to recommend this area to you. "
  • Dwayne R.
"lots of dogs, people are always dog walking, and there are 2 dog parks in the area, especially along the river, where people hang out, walk dogs, fish, go boating and watch the sun set"
  • Sallyannnaidoo
"My neighborhood has a unique sense of community. There is always an event occurring especially near the police station. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I plan on living here for at least another 10 years."
  • Lisa

"lots of dogs, most of my neighbors have a dog, i have a dog people walk their dogs along the river and take them to 2 dog parks nearby. "
  • Ashlynemery
"There is easy access to the Delaware River to be sure to keep an eye on your children if you are taking them by the water. "
  • Chris S.
"The school system is so so. There are a few spots in the neighborhood where things get a bit rough that I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking thru."
  • Chris S.
"it's not a bad neighborhood. lots of renter's. has some bad parts that bring it down in comparison to the neighborhoods that surround like Riverton and cinnaminson. I have rented two properties in this area. the area by the Delaware river is nice, and there is a good amount of shopping very close. good for renter's but I don't think I would love around here. houses to close and I jus want more space. lots of old houses too. this town is much better then when I rented in pennsauken."
  • Flannery57
"Hi I’m originally from the tri-Boro (Riverton Palmyra Cinnaminson) area so dogs are welcome at my home. I love walking around with my Black Lab early morning is the best time for walking around and I enjoy early morning walks!!!"
  • Allyson
"Dogs are almost always friendly when you walk by them, normally good with other dogs. There’s dog poop bags available by the river. "
  • N’Tasha
"There are so many great places to visit like Riverton Yacht Club. My husband have dates on the waterfront under the willow tree scrabble fruit , cheese wine what a great place to live !!! "
  • Mirdaoudfamily
"Lived in Korean Residential at Willow Shores Community for a year . People are friendly, quite safe neighborhood . However dogs pee everywhere bring flys and you can sit on grass and enjoy the grounds in the summer. "
  • Lori B.
"I have nice neighbors. I love living by the river. However, the winter months, with the wind coming off the river is extremely cold."
  • Elease
"Involved community and comraderie, family friendly, pet friendly, safe, clean, close knit community "
