"it's country but near all conveniences. I still work there but live nearby in Sandpoint. There are gorgeous views of the lake and Long Bridge."

"Have lived here four years and just love it. Lots of wildlife, friendly supportive neighbors, good little church, peaceful and quiet, well maintained roads."
  • Tom G.
"Good area overall nice people, lots of traffic, very hard and dangerous to get from Lakeshore Dr onto 95. "
  • Ronald J.
"It is very nice and private."

"Highly overpriced property. lake is small and full of milfoil. Poor well water flows in this area. Dirt/mud road in summer and deep snow in winter. Many homes in area closer to Pend Ore'ille River are lower priced with high flow wells. This pond does not allow boating to nearby bodies of water, hince the low water movement and stagnation and milfoil. Area is quiet with no services nearby. I used to hunt in this area but that too is now closed off. Check homes in the Sagle area for a better buy. "
