VPA students are sequestered in their own private curriculum and treated like royalty while mainstream students are herded like livestock through their classes, getting bullied and ignored. "It’s a safe and easy to access essentials area. Homeless problem comes and goes. Proximity to restaurants and Whole Foods makes it good. Lots of coffee shops in Walking distance but we lack a great pizza restaurant within walking distance."

"Lots of dogs. Lots of homeless hanging where ones dogs want to walk. They mostly chain smoke and fill the entire sidewalk etc. "

"Many local county sheriff deputies and the city’s police department officers live in this area! It’s a wonderful feeling seeing their cruisers parked in their driveways or in front of the home! I initially was scared when I moved to neighborhood but that was short lived seeing police cars in the driveways as home owners! There are 2 nice parks and one with a large pool too!"
