Completely renovated A-frame just a short walk away from sandy Plaice Cove Beach. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, this 2 bed, 1 bath beach house was fully remodeled inside and out. Close proximity to great surf, local restaurants and shops. With its own driveway, yard space, outdoor shower, screened in patio, mini splits, full kitchen, laundry and WiFi, we have everything covered. Fully furnished with new and modern furniture.

Recent updates include a sectional sofa (not pictured), 200 sq ft screened in porch, leveled yard with fire pit, gas grill, and bunk shed for extra sleeping space.

**Current availability: 10/1/26 - 5/31/27. Start and end dates flexible within ~15 days

Mid-term rental (30 day minimum): Fully furnished. Owner pays all utilities: electric, water, sewer, high speed WiFi and landscaping/snow removal. Spray foam insulation, high efficiency mini splits and energy efficient appliances. Hypoallergenic dogs considered.

If you're commuting to Boston, Portland or Manchester Route 101 is 1/2 mile away and Interstate 95 is 2 miles away. 2 1/2 miles to Exeter shopping but still in the Hampton School District. Best of both Worlds. Beaches are just 6-7 miles east."
