"Waynesville has decent schools and nice, quaint main street shops. Crime is relatively low. It's conveniently nestled between Springboro to the West, Lebanon to the South, Xenia to the North and Wilmington to the East. Housing market is tight but available if you're patient. Second weekend in October is a big month in Waynesville hosting the annual Sauerkraut festival to kick off Fall; the event helps to support Waynesville schools. Overall, nice place to raise a family.
