Very near downtown Fairfax, the garden studio has a gas fireplace, French doors, private garden area, kitchen has apartment size O'Keefe & Merritt stove. Bathroom with shower and apartment size washing machine. Bedroom area fits queen bed and bedside table. New flooring throughout. Ceiling has sound insulation so although you can sometimes hear footsteps you rarely hear actual conversations..
All utilities/internet and one car parking included.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR DRUGS,

Available July 15th

Rent is $1950 per month plus $200 which covers utilities and internet connection.
