Pets: Dogs are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable pet, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. Max 2 pets.

Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $50 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). All adult tenants (and cosigners) must apply separately, so that we can screen everyone individually.

    "There is the Kingsley center where adults and children can attend, the different water parks for the summer, how close it is to Highland Park to spend time with your family, go on walks and jogs, or even use the outdoor workout stations they have. Overall you can just go for a walk and enjoy the sights! "
