One floor, 3 (small) bedrooms and one bath with shower only (no tub). Private yard and detached garage/ full basement with laundry. Located in Kennebunk, 2 miles to Mothers Beach. Renter must have good credit and a clean background. We require a credit and background check, the cost is $39.99 and we will credit that back on the 1st month if you become the tenant. No smoking. First month and security ($1000) to secure/move in. We are not considering year round rentals - sorry!
