New water pressure tank, new lally columns, many new floor joists and plates, trimmed bushes and tree limbs away from house, pressure washed house, new termite prevention system installed, and too many more to mention.
So much to see, so much this house has to offer. Don't let it pass by without seeing it! Appliances to convey "as-is," nothing wrong with them, just the seller does not want to have to replace with band new if something should happen.
