With a month-to-month lease, this home is ideal for anyone in transition, travel nurses & medical professionals, visiting academics, interns, grad students, and anyone seeking a peaceful stay with the convenience of co-living. All utilities, WiFi, laundry facilities, and bi-weekly housekeeping services are provided to common areas. Background checks are required. Bathroom Rules
To keep our shared bathrooms pleasant, clean, and comfortable for everyone, please follow these house standards.
1. Shared Use
All bathrooms are shared spaces. Be considerate of others by leaving each bathroom clean and ready for the next person. Limit shower times to 10 minutes if others are waiting.
Wipe out any hair from the shower drain and dispose in the trash bin.
Please wipe vanity countertop after each use in consideration of others.
If you notice a plumbing issue (leak, low water pressure, clogged drain), report it immediately to avoid damage.

2. Personal Storage
Keep personal care items in your assigned bathroom caddy.
Do not leave toiletries, towels, or clothing behind.
Return your caddy to your room after each use.

3. Ventilation
Always turn on the fan during showers and leave the door open afterward to reduce humidity and prevent mold.
Report any ventilation issues promptly.

4. Toilet Etiquette
Only flush toilet paper and human waste.
Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash of any kind.
If an accidental clog occurs, use the plunger available in each bathroom.

6. Cleaning
Each roommate is responsible for cleaning up after themselves in common area.
A housekeeper will deep clean the bathrooms biweekly.

Kitchen Rules
1. Morning Responsibility:
First person to use the kitchen unloads the dishwasher.
2. Nighttime Responsibility:
Last person in the kitchen runs the dishwasher before bed.
3. Dishwasher Use:
Place dirty dishes directly in the dishwasher; do not leave them in the sink.
4. Cleaning:
o Wipe countertops and stove after use.
o Sweep up crumbs from the floor.
5. Supplies:
A monthly supplies fee of $15 per tenant covers household essentials which include cleaning supplies, hand soap, toilet paper, and other shared necessities. These items are automatically delivered to the apartment via Amazon for tenants' convenience. Cleaning supplies for floors, bathroom fixtures, tile, and furniture are provided as part of this service.
o This fee can be included in the rent payment each month for simplicity.

o Keep personal food areas clean and wipe up spills immediately.
o Be sure to dispose of any spoiled or old food.
