BRAINTREE- Excellent location, Thayer Academy neighborhood, walkable to everything, including the T. Bright, airy Victorian with original hard wood floors.

One very large bedroom and a second bedroom or living space available on the 3rd floor, unfurnished (though it could be furnished for right tenant). Private bathroom. Shared spaces include living room, kitchen, foyer and front deck. Parking off street, no smoking inside or out, no laundry on site but close by.

Currently has 2 professional males on the second floor. Utilities are additional and divided by current tenants. Excellent location on bus line and walk to T! Beautiful neighborhood. Rent for both rooms is 1850+ utilities. Bedrooms can be priced individually just ask.
