"I’ve been in this neighborhood for almost a year. People are friendly, kids play outside & ride their bikes. Quiet & great for families. No crime that I know of & I have not had my vehicle broken into or packages stolen from my porch. People here watch out for you, while minding their own business"

"In the NOLA area on a job. Stayed in an apt. for the 1st year & hated it. Car break ins were getting bad, they even found a car on fire w/ a body in it. We were told not to worry, it was just a body dump! Started house hunting that day. Found a little house in St. Rose & it’s been great. People are friendly, no crime at all in my neighborhood. I have packages delivered all the time & haven’t had any problems with them getting stolen"

"my father an stepmother use to live in this neighborhood. Oak Manor Estates to be exact.! I loved it. the people where friendly. the neighborhood was kid safe. Overall the entire neighborhood was well kept."
