Two bedrooms, a full bath, and W&D are also on the first floor . Upstairs: another bedroom, a full bath, and a big family room with a ping pong table along with lots of comfortable places to stretch out. If you enjoy nature and walks on the beach, this is your place. The home is elevated so there are several steps to get to the big deck and entryway. House INCLUDES HEAT, BASIC CABLE and INTERNET. Available October 1st to May 15 with some flexibility .

Owner pays for heat, hot water, basic cable and internet. Off street parking included. Driveway is plowed but a little shoveling is required. Lease begins October 1st through May 15th with some flexibility allowed. First, last and 50% security deposit required. Very good references and proof of ability to pay rent on time required. Owner is handling the rental. A pet will be considered with a pet lease. A non shedding pet preferred. No smoking in house or on property. HOUSE INCLUDES HEAT, BASIC CABLE and INTERNET.

We have concerts at the Fitz Hugh Lane house Thursday nights in the summer, and a lot of live entertainment.
