About this House

Tenant will be responsible for the first $150 of repairs. Landlord will provide new lease no less than 90 days before end of this lease and tenant will have 30 days to respond. On or about sixty (60) days prior to lease expiration, Landlord will contact Tenant to discuss the possibility of lease renewal.
If Landlord or Tenant opts not to renew the Lease, then the Landlord retains the right to put a lockbox on the door for the purpose of having the unit shown to prospective buyers or renters during reasonable hours. Tenants must have tenant insurance. Lease term 1 year.
