Shaded, Private And Fenced Backyard. A large tree was just removed to give the yard a wide open feel. The entire house was freshly painted. The Kitchen was updated to include new countertops. The two upstairs bathrooms have been redone to include a synthetic paneling that resists moisture and is easy to clean. All new windows have been added throughout the house. The flooring is a laminate plank, the downstairs flooring is one year old, the upstairs is brand new. The laundry room connects the house to the garage space. The garage has been closed with a front door and window. The garage area can act as a large shed, hobby room, workout space, or converted to a 4th bedroom. The HVAC is a Goodman system and is two years old. At 1456 square feet of living space this is a great home for a family or someone starting out. Other equivalent townhomes in Greenbrier do not provide the square footage, garage / storage space, fenced in yard, or park access. When you walk into this home, it has the feel of a new home. Before this home was renovated, it was a rental property and rented for $1350. This house will not last in this market.
