Hello,
I live in West Pelzer, SC in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom spacious and bright house. Looking for a roommate or guest. Would consider daily/weekly or longer term options. I am very clean and respectful and Im looking for someone else that fits that description. Please no couples. 1 Bedroom and shared bathroom for 1 adult. Strongly prefer no pets. No smokers or drugs or parties at all. Drinking responsibly is fine. Just moved in house - is furnished with beds/night tables and large couch w large closet and dressers included but final touches are still work in progress. Brand new hardwood floors throughout house. Washer and dryer in the home.

House Sleeping Hours 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.

*Monthly - requires 1st and "last months" rent upfront in order to move in for monthly guests $700 monthly +1/2 of utilities (all electric), rent due on 1st of every month no negotiations.
*Weekly Rate - $250 (utilities/wifi included).
*Daily Rate - $45 (utilities/wifi included).

Request that home is quiet from around 10:00pm-7:00am. No parties or drugs please. Responsible drinking is fine. I am pretty laid back but I do expect my potential roommate to clean up after them selves and treat our home with respect and care. New roommate/guest will have key to the house and their bedroom.
