Description

Country living in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, 250 plus year old salt water farm home, with all of the modern updates and waterfront views with front porch swings. Sitting on 4 acres of lawns and wooded areas that go all the way to the water. Enjoy the lake with water access for boating or kayaking and skating or ice fishing in the winter. Plenty of parking on a paved,200' driveway. The garage is not included. The home was recently remodeled with a new kitchen, granite counter tops and cabinets throughout. All new wiring, plumbing, insulation, a new roof and hardwood flooring. The home has an oil fired centralized hot air furnace that was just serviced with all new filters, the oil tank is new and is located in the basement so you can use the less expensive oil. The home also has a propane monitor heater on the first floor and in the living room there is a propane fireplace. The kitchen range is a four burner propane type and it's two years old. The hot water is supplied by a Rinnai on demand hot water heater that is in the basement.

Electric, water, sewer, WiFi and trash pickup included. Snow plowing and lawn mowing are also included. Tenant is responsible for shoveling and sanding walkways and decks and keeping the areas free from ice and snow. Tenants pay for heating oil and propane. We require a one year lease. No smoking and pets upon approval. There is a water filtration system in place. The salt will be provided but the tenant will be responsible for refilling salt tank to prevent owner having to come into the home routinely. We also are willing to leave the washer and dryer for you to use but if either one stops working we will not supply new ones, that will be your responsibility. Or if you prefer we can remove the washer and dryer and you can use your own. We require a 500.00 pet deposit for one cat or one small dog upon approval. The garage is not included and the one bedroom one bathroom in-law apartment above the garage will be available for rent in January.
