  • Trulia User
"Close to everything. Close to both highways. Always has community events going on. There is a recreation center near by as well"
  • Trulia User
"its always a traffic jam early in the mornings an the commute home is usually about the same in this area"
  • Trulia User
"many people have dogs in this area so it's definitely a dog friendly area there's also a really big park here that I see people bring there dogs to all the time. people who love in this area also try to help out if they see a dog going on a walk about without their owners, my boyfriend and me have helped out about 3. but also keep in mind that at least from our point of view we have seen a lot of dogs go on these walk abouts so no one really nos if they dogs are friendly or not. we have also seen many people have there dogs of leash which doesn't have to be a bad thing. just to keep in mind."
  • Moni
"This neighborhood is under construction. The I-70 highway widening project is generating increased pollution and displacement of long term residents. Highway project to be completed within 5 years. "
  • Nicole J.
"not to bad, but bad traffic and trucks leaving nails in the road. ive had to replace teo car tires while visiting out here. "
  • Eli H.

"Awesome upcoming area. You are right in the center of everything, but without all of the drawbacks with being in the center of everything."
  • frozen_kiss13
"The crime is very high and it is very scary walking after dark. There are no good near by shopping areas. There are always sketchy people at the park nearby. There are a lot of stray dogs and cats in the area as well as many unsupervised children and teens running about."
