In the summer, walk to the Saco River, or enjoy the pool if you prefer. When the snow falls, access cross country ski trails right from your door, or take short drive to Attitash/Bear Peak, Black Mountain, Cranmore or Wildcat. One level living with a master bedroom with bath on the first floor and two great bedrooms and a second full bath upstairs. Kerosene Monitor heater does the majority of the heating, with electric to supplement that. There is also a wood stove thimble and hearth. Simple to add a wood or propane stove if desired. Convenient, quiet and comfortable place to call home.

"I work in the general area. This particular area is close to Attitash Ski area and Brettton Woods Resort. National Forest, hiking biking, rivers are all close, There are several good restaurants nearby also."
