About this House

Lower 2bed 1bath located in the city of Lockport. Extremely family friendly neighborhood and quiet. Rent includes water and garbage. Pets could be discussed but usually requires a non refundable deposit equal to one months rent. I do not have a picture of the bathroom, second bedroom or full kitchen I apologize. Second bedroom does have an older but clean rug. Bathroom has new vanity and medicine cabinet. Laundry hookups in basement and off street parking. Upstairs tenant has been a long term wonderful tenant and we are looking for the same for the lower unit.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the premises.
