Tenant responsibilities will include: Clearing snow (snowblower provided), maintaining the hot tub, and caring for the property owner's cat.

All utilities are included in rent. Owners are looking for responsible tenants to stay in their home from December 30th to May 15th. These dates are non-negotiable. No additional pets as our cat will be there.
