The home offers a completely updated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, with one full bathroom on the 1st level. Both bedrooms are upstairs, with another full bath. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, and the secondary bedroom offers a queen bed which is two twins put together and can easily be separated. Additionally, the sofa in the living area does have a full size pull out bed. There is a dining area with table, and bar seating on the first level, as well as an outdoor porch with a patio table and a grill. The second floor also features an outside deck off the master bedroom for additional space to relax. We do permit dogs dependent on size and other criteria. Parking for two vehicles in front of the property, with additional public parking available close by. Minimum lease term is 6 Months for this property.
