"There is a weekly farmers market right in town, weekly food truck event at tee shirt factory, art events, live music in town, pop up shopping events at local boutiques, tons of fitness and yoga events. Great places to grab coffee, breakfast, or dinner & cocktails in town. Also, the local arena/ ice rink has hockey and occasional live music concerts. "

"supervising your children is important for their safety and security and your piece of mind there is cranda park near by that is great for family events and get togethers and the YMCA as well there is price chopper and Hanford store for shopping near by this can be a great community all around for your family "

"Not having a vehicle did not pose an impediment to grocery shopping or 24 he. convenience stores, all within a 3 to 8 minute walking distance. Buses also a short walk away, and the GFFD is right in the neighborhood!"

"This area is so close to everything-the bike path or I can walk downtown. Its near the grocery, Lowes and LOTS of restaurants. Stewards is right there too. The neighbors tend to watch out for each other, but don't intrude. Easy to get to the throughway. I don't have children, but it is in the Franklin school area and they say its the best around."

"is a quiet residential area that has a nice mix of single family, brownstone townhomes, historic buidings, and converted homes into apartments....it is within walking distance of downtown & schools & bus lines....because we are just a couple of short streets, we hardly get any traffic"
