We are remodeling the bathroom, kitchen, replacing baseboard/trim, painting the interior, improving outdoor garden beds and will post updated photos soon.

12-month lease preferred. Rent is $3,000 per month, due on the 1st of each month. First month's rent and a $3,000 security deposit are due before move-in. No application fee will be charged. All adult occupants must complete an application and be named on the lease.

Tenant is responsible for electricity, heat/fuel, internet/cable, trash/recycling, lawn care, snow removal, and ordinary day-to-day upkeep unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Property is for residential use only. No smoking or vaping inside the home, garage, basement, or enclosed areas. Pets considered with prior written approval and a pet addendum; assistance animals will be handled in accordance with fair-housing law.
