What has been done is the boots roughed in, the copper tube and the electric line have been roughed from where the compressor would go in the yard to the attic, where the ac unit would have to be installed. There is no A/c rough at all in basement of first floor. They always anticipated just having A/C on the 2nd level only. Rough duct central vac. New furnace and oil tank 2017, New dishwasher, stove, microwave , and counters in 2016. 24 hr notice requested to show.
