"excellent location, convenient 20 miles from Gainesville, and UF , just ten minutes from Starke, for most anything, and 3 miles to superWallmart. Friendly neighbors, good police and volunteer fire dept, and I have used them! A good grammer school, and two small market/7-11 type, plus 2 miles from Waldo Farmers and Flea market."
