MY "SANCTUARY BY THE SEA" IS A PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Ideal get away for ONE individual who prefers privacy and independence. Perfect temporary residence for someone looking to buy or rent in the area. I would be pleased to work out a special rate for renters who want an intermittent home-away-from-home (for instance, weekends only or 10-15 days a month): tell me your needs and we'll go from there!

Studio space with separate keyed entrance, private bathroom with shower, furnished kitchenette, large walk-in closet, complimentary parking on premises (1 guest = 1 car); Granite counter tops and custom cabinetry; Small refrigerator/freezer, microwave & convection oven, cast iron heating plate, toaster oven, hot water kettle, stainless steel kitchen sink with disposal; Comfortable king size tempurpedic bed with down comforter; Breakfast nook/workstation; Wireless internet access

My "Sanctuary by the Sea," a former dance studio and meditation room, is an ideal get-away spot for a vacationer, especially someone who enjoys beach walking, hiking, surfing, SUP'ing, whale watching, etc, as well as an individual who prefers privacy & independence. The mirrors bring plenty of daylight into the studio and make the unit feel spacious. The combination of greens & browns throughout facilitate relaxation & produce an undeniable coziness in the space. The modest adornments bring a playful yet mellow vibe. I dare to say: most guests will be delighted if not enchanted after a night or two in my "Sanctuary by the Sea."

It’s common to have a friend or neighbor stop by to talk or have a glass of wine. It’s just very friendly and homey"
