The Ohana is a 1 bedroom on one side of a duplex home located across the street from a park in a nice neighborhood of a small town. It is completely separate from the adjacent 3 bedroom with its own entrance and private backyard. The only thing that is shared is the parking pad in front of the home. There is one (1) dedicated parking space for each side of the duplex with ample free and unmetered parking across the street. (The 3 bedroom is also available to rent.)

Creswell, with quick access to the I-5 freeway, is conveniently located 10 miles south of Eugene and 10 miles north of Cottage Grove. It's a great place to work from home & for an extended stay. It's close to hiking, bike trails, wineries, & other outdoor activities.

The home features a clean and cheery space with WiFi, new appliances, personal washer and dryer, and small private yard.

"Ohana" means family in Hawaiian and is also the term commonly used for a place for guests to stay. We welcome you to our "Ohana" and look forward to your visit.

A fence opens into a small private front yard with outdoor seating and a table. The inside of the home has an open floor plan featuring a living room with comfortable seating, a couch that pulls into a full size bed, a wall mounted TV, and table with chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need to enjoy cooking at home while the dishwasher makes for easy and sanitized clean up. There is one step up into the bedroom which has a queen sized bed and two dressers. The bathroom is off of the bedroom and has a shower and shelves. The wash room has a closet and full sized washer and dryer.

Creswell offers the best of small town living with the added bonus of convenience being minutes off of the I-5 freeway. The Ohana is across the street from a well maintained park and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, a wonderful bakery, and library. It's the kind of small town that you may just fall in love with!

The University of Oregon and Autzen Stadium are a 15-minute drive from the Ohana.

All of the major hospitals in the Eugene-Springfield and Cottage Grove areas are within a 15-25 minute drive.

Available for lease between Aug 25 - May 31.

Owner pays gas, trash pickup, cable, and high speed internet. Tenant pays water and electricity.

I rarely have any frustrations with my commute and I have multiple ways of getting around either by surface streets or freeway/highway’s that traffic is never a problem. "

    "Safety: Lots of vandalism, but ittle personal injury. Walking is good but only for around the block, Walking means out of town means waling on the freeway, where cars come fast. One park in town has been given over entirely to playground., forget picnicing, throwing a ball, reading on the grass ... Adults and dogs are not welcome. Not a single dog park, The business district is comprised of four restaurants, two gas stations, two Dari-marts, and two bars. IIf you were not born here, you are disregarded as a human being. Strangers are not welcome at community events. Community events that have been tried had fallen through within a year or two. Cleanlines: some homes are great. Others have become vritual dumps as the planning and zoning codes are enforced sporadically and then forgotten. Traffic is great because no body comes here. Gas prices, on the other hand, are among the lowest. In other words, if you're still contained -- have a family, or if you're just a hermit. Creswell is great. If you're moving here with the expectation of new friends to meet and things to do ... Move someplace else. God knows, I'm trying to. "
