About this House

PRIVATE Room for rent in a shared 3 bedroom/1 and half bathroom town house. 2 other people live in this unit, Shared common areas, shared bathroom in hallway upstairs only shared with one person. Rent is about 685$ after utilities and rent, utilities are split three ways it's usually only 10-15$ a month, and there is a 650$ security deposit which you will get back upon leaving the unit. Need just ONE MALE no partners allowed to live with but they can stay the night or visit just no living, MUST PASS BACKGROUND AND CREDIT CHECK. IM LEAVING FOR THE MILITARY SO YOU WILL BE TAKING OVER MY LEASE WHICH ENDS AROUND APRIL 2025 EVERYTHING GOES THROUGH RENTAL COMPANY. House in Hagerstown Maryland 10 minutes from Hagerstown airport. 5 minutes from downtown. Central A/C, dishwasher, all new appliances, microwave, washing machine, dryer, ring camera on front door, wifi which you will have to pay it's split three ways it's only 20$ a month per person, there is a driveway for two cars of which both are taken, but one house down there is a central parking lot with about 6 spaces and across the street another parking lot with around 12 spaces. There is a ring camera on the front which you can be given access to. I'm leaving for the military and need someone to take my room. The 2 people currently living here are both going to Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics. The house was built a month before we moved in so we are the first people to live in the unit. Cats and Dogs can come but you will have to pay the rental company a big fee and then on top of that an extra 50$ a month. After you take over the lease you will no longer talk or have to contact me, everything will go through the rental company. Pictures are only of the downstairs area. Upstairs is just one hallway, washer/dryer, one full bathroom and the three bedrooms. The bedroom is one of the smaller bedrooms and has a medium sized closet. Message me for any more details.

    "Lots of people have dogs so I don’t feel bad walking my dog or if he barks. Everyone picks up after their dogs usually and there’s plenty of places to walk your dog. Also a big park near by for running with your dog. Every dog I have met has been friendly and so are their owners. I wish there was a fenced dog area in the neighborhood but there isn’t. Closest one is a few miles away. "

    "We have community dumpster days, bookmobile comes to the neighborhood occasionally, and we get visited by Jehovah's witnesses, even though there are signs that say no solicitation we regularly find notes and flyers on the door from various sources. Beyond that there is the occasional yard sale but community events are few and far between in the neighborhood. "
