It is nice that we can rent it to use for special events such as graduations or wedding receptions. I feel we have a pretty strong community-much of that credit goes to the schools as well. I think we have a large enough neighborhood that our HOA is strong and provides beautiful streets, parks etc. also it stays on top of details such as fences, yard furniture etc so that our houses keep their value "
