Hello and welcome, we invite you to come check out your future home!

The home is a cozy four bedroom, two full bathroom house. We also have a large backyard along with a spacious covered patio. Our home is tucked away in a quiet cul de sac away from noisy traffic it is also conveniently located near the Camp Pendleton San Luis Rey Gate and a short drive from exciting locations like Carlsbad Village, Downtown Oceanside and Downtown Vista.

Amenities include washer and dryer, window AC units on request and centralized heating and we recently installed new Herringbone LVP flooring. The home has large windows which allow for a great deal of natural lighting too.

Current lease ends September 2025 with plans to renew for another year. Max rent and utilities should be 1150 a month. No smoking indoors. No cannabis use indoors, no storage in common areas and must be consumed in room, backyard, or off premises.

    "what I love the most about this neighborhood is we over look the Marine Base, and because that you get a lot of wild life, the sound of the frogs in the spring is deafening yet charming, also I am 1 mile from my barn where I board my horse. It feels like we live in the country instead of the suburbs. I live in the eastern portion of Oceanside, and this area is horse country, mainly Thoroughbreds. The San Luis Rey Training center for race horses is about 5 miles from my house. It is a quiet and very safe neighborhood."
