6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’m extremely disappointed in my experience with Eppler junior high.I’ve brought forward multiple concerns about my child being threatened, and each time it felt like the situation was brushed off instead of taken seriously. As a parent, that’s incredibly frustrating and honestly concerning. No child should feel unsafe at school, and no parent should feel ignored when they speak up.On top of that, the quality of instruction has been lacking. From what I’ve seen, assignments are often just handed out without much teaching or engagement, and students are left to figure things out on their own. That’s not a productive learning environment.I’m sharing this because I hope the school takes a closer look at how concerns are handled and how students are being taught. There needs to be more accountability, better communication, and a stronger focus on both safety and actual learning.Right now, it feels like both are falling short.Parent Review1mo ago6 Reviews - Utica High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI do remember the years that Wiley was thriving as stated by others. Today’s Wiley is much different. Yes, there are still some outstanding educators, but sadly Candace, the principal, has absolutely no business working with children, especially those with different learning needs and styles despite diagnoses. The growing diversity across UCS and the differentiation required is NOT being addressed by the current principal and some educators. They speak a good game to cover their behinds, but they have no grasp of reality and act as if they are still in the 1950s. If your child is a robot, then this school is for you. If your child and you live in the real world, you might want to think twice.Parent Review2y ago6 Reviews - Check out schools near 49313 E Central.

"There's lots of parks to walk your dogs at in the area, and most dogs around behave well. There's a few stragglers who don't put their dog on a leash, but not many."

"Quite beautiful little gem. I’ve lived in shelby since 2004 and it has grown to be the place to live. Plenty of shopping and dining. The schools are bar non the best in the Utica community school. And the area is safe and beautiful. Great place to live and raise a family. "
