Newly renovated property located on almost an acre or land 5 minutes drive from main road in Pace and the famous Benny Russel playground.

2 livingrooms and a sunroom that gives you a lot of extra room.

We are a low toxic family renting out our house. We have a reverse Osmosis water filter installed in the kitchen. A chicken coup and generator in case of an emergency.

We are located in a quiet family friendly street. Our property has 2 peach trees, plum tree, raspberry bushes, grapes, mulberry bushes and some medicinal herbs like yaro and an elderberry tree. I also installed organic garden beds if you like growing your own veggies.

We are pet and chicken friendly and welcome all animals :) we have 7 chickens thats on a strict organic dieet and free range through the neighbourhood, they can come with or without the house depending on if they will be a good fit for the new owners.

Owner pays for sewer. Renter responsible for water and electricity
