"I love my neighborhood and the ease of getting to my destination in very little time. The effort and improvement of our streets by the city are incredible. Sure some parts are still in progress, but when they are done, all the tiny inconvenience we drive thru now, will be worth it. "
  • Edna.salas

  • Ashlynnm01
"New people to this area get welcomed into the neighborhood by getting robbed and having vandalism done to their home. Also, the law enforcement won't do anything about it. Oh, and there was a murder right across the street from Mr. G's BBQ. "
  • one time resident
"Lived in are for 2 years and never had any issues come up. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Will be moving back to area soon"
  • Samantha V.
"Pumpkin patches and the beautiful decorating during the holidays Also interacting with our friendly neighbors"
  • Soygabriella217
"Lived in TWO different locations [ rented ] for a total of 8 years. Both were tough, high-crime neighborhoods with "slum landlords". Happy AND relieved when we could finally AFFORD to move to a better part of Corpus Christi !!"
  • Krissykris67
"I've lived here for 4 years and we'r have had problems with our neighbors almost the whole time.. hopefully that's not everywhere but ours suck "
  • Lula S.
"I grew up in this neighborhood I'm 69yrs old. My grown children lived here for some years of their lives and several grand children also lived here. it is a rough neighborhood and not really safe in the evening hours so walking is not advisable. The city guidelines are the same as the rest of the town. City police patrol more often and have more calls to this area."
  • Monica D.
"I love the neighborhood and neighbors. Everyone looks out for one another. They look out for our pets also. "
  • Usarmymp85
"Well ever since the neighbour got arrested the crime has gone way, way down! This area has changed quite a bit unfortunately. As soon as I can afford it I will definitely be leaving this area."
  • Maricella c.
"i dont like living here anymore i want to be on the good side like south side its alot safer abd preatty then central city "
