  • Precious312001
"I've lived in this area for over 10 years and I have seen the progress, clean up and expansion of the neighborhoods and businesses. At the beginning there were issues with car break ins but has decreased due to police driving through neighborhoods keeping an eye on the community... Thank You for that!.. "
  • Trulia User
"don’t get packages left at your front door if in apartment building. stay to yourself a lot of weirdos. watch your kids and your back. not a friendly area"

"Plenty of options for public transportation. I don’t use them since I have a parking space. But I do use Uber and Lyft on the weekends."
  • Maddie K.
"It’s ok - some issues like car break ins and police activity. But a cute neighborhood otherwise. I really hope it continues to be restored and businesses thrive more"
  • Jrene_2
"July 4th, annual cocktail party, winter festival, great walkable neighborhoods, Halloween festival, rose fest"

  • VALERIE B.
"I want to live here. It looks really nice. It would be a good place for kids. I could have a dog here too. "
  • Moksh.k.singh
"great fun place for young people. safe. lots of restaurants and places to drink. metro and bus connectivity. "
  • Mark L.
"Plenty of sidewalks and other people with pets. People are generally pet-friendly in the CWE as long as you keep your dog in a leash and clean up after them. "
  • Mayadotson74
"Really honestly it’s just amazing and there are so many restaurants you can go to and if you ever just feel like going for a walk it’s safe for that as well. "
  • Nicholas R.
"Most businesses are pet friendly and there are always people walking their dogs around. People are friendly in passing and always stop to pick up trash or aide someone who is in some sort of distress "
  • Mikayla B.
"For dog owners, it’s very safe to walk them at night. Usually very well lit and police are around every so often. Trash cans available all over for cleaning up after your dog. Only thing that can be an issue is the sidewalks are a bit skinny if you have a dog who maybe isn’t the most dog friendly. I can imagine that would pose a problem as I’ve had to walk in the street to avoid a barking dog more than once. Never had an issue, though. Owners all do a great job of controlling their furry friends. "
  • Chris H.
"I love the CWE and the people in it. The restaurants are great and forest park’s offerings are great to use, especially for golf"
  • Anne P.
"Love our walkable, beautiful, fun neighborhood. There are some families and more would be even better!"
  • Maria S.
"I commute 15 minutes by bike. It is lovely. If I drive it takes 10 minutes but I prefer to ride. Also I get a better parking spot on a bike."
  • Anne P.
"There are pockets of kids and tons of events that are kid friendly. We can walk to restaurants, the library, and grocery stores. Raising kids here is awesome! "
  • Chris H.
"Halloween party, food and art fair. Th Ed bars and restaurants and the coffee shops are great. I like the mix of people. "
  • Anne P.
"Many events on Euclid—Halloween, Holiday Saturdays, BookFest StL, Cocktail Party. And event without events you can always see friends and neighbors any given weeknight or weekend walking to and from restaurants, shops, grocery stores, or the library. "
  • Kara B.
"Metro station right around the corner. Lots of skooters too................................................."
  • Winterwood27
"See neighbors dogs all the time and enjoy them. Neighbors with dogs pick up any mess and they make sure they control their pets."
  • Gustavo G.
"I see lots of people walking their dogs from early in the morning til nightime. There are some stations with bags, in case you forget the poop bag. "
  • Shanttel S.
"School district is awful and you have to look for private school or charters. The only acceptable high school Is Metro in the city and you have to apply a year in advance "
  • nalexpear
"Commutes downtown are a breeze with the Metro. Car-owners also have easy access to I-64 (although you could also do find without a car in this neighborhood)."
  • Kenneth S.
"There’s a lot of traffic in the area so keep your children closed random people walk around this area because it’s centrally located "
