PETS ARE WELCOME!
PETSCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS: A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents with or without pets as well as animals. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.

RESIDENT BENEFITS PACKAGE
Our leases feature a comprehensive Resident Benefits Package that includes Quarterly Furnace Filter Replacements delivered to your door, Community Perks, Credit Building, Allstate Identity Protection, Utility Connection Concierge, 24-Hour Maintenance Coordination Service, Online Portal Access, and Home Buying Assistance!
RESIDENT LIABILITY INSURANCE
Our resident liability insurance program meets the minimum lease requirements by covering your legal liability for damage to the landlord's property, including losses caused by fire, smoke, explosion, water discharge, or sewer backup, up to $100,000. This coverage does not insure personal belongings, provide additional living expense coverage, or cover liability for bodily injury or property damage to third parties; residents seeking those protections should obtain a separate renter's insurance (HO-4) policy through an insurance provider of their choice.

"There are a lot of schools and many are max capacity as they can’t seem to keep up with the growth of the area. Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."
  • Jennifer Jasmer
"Eagle Mountain is family friendly with great schools and public areas. Wish it was more farmland overall."
  • Sam Collett
"Nice quiet place to raise a family but far from a lot of things. It’s growing so there will be a lot out here eventually."
  • Christy D.
"It's not to bad, now that the freeway in Lehi has been completed it makes it much easier to get to salt lake. I'm not sure how the commute will be in the winter because we are new out here."
