Welcome to the Coastal Condo in Naples!

This 2nd floor luxury end unit is newly updated and perfectly appointed to welcome you to a relaxing stay in beautiful Naples, FL. The unit is light and airy, with vaulted ceilings, tons of natural sunlight, and a panoramic view of the surrounding lakes.

The primary bedroom has king bed, large walk in closet with plenty of space for your entire wardrobe, and a newly finished en suite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower and double vanity.

The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and adjacent full bath with a tub/shower.

The all new luxury kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances (including a full size french door refrigerator, electric range, microwave, and full size dishwasher) and new white kitchen cabinets. A Keurig coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster oven are also available for your convenience. There are dining stools at the breakfast bar and additional stools for the island. If you'd like to eat a more formal meal, there is a large round dining table with surrounding riviera chairs.

The den has an office desk perfect for working from home and high speed (1 Gig) internet is included with WiFi. There is also queen size sleeper sofa in the den.

The open living space is complete with a large, inviting sectional sofa with plenty of pillows and throws for a comfortable night in. There is a smart TV with digital cable, sports package, HBO, and a DVR provided. Feel free to log in to your own apps for any additional content.

There are two balconies in the unit. The balcony off of the living room has an eastern exposure and is perfect for watching the sunrise while you enjoy your morning coffee. This space is also nicely shaded in the afternoon with an overhead fan for a cool breeze while you watch the birds, turtles, and other wildlife that frequent our lakes. There is a second balcony off of the kitchen with a western exposure that is ideal for evening cocktails and al fresco dining at sunset.

There is a laundry room in the unit with a full size washer and dryer.

Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler are provided for your convenience.

The gated community of Carlton Lakes is located near the corner of Livingston Road and Immokalee Road, just steps from Oakes Farms Seed to Table, a dining and entertainment center like nothing you have ever seen. This is a full service supermarket with fresh produce grown locally at Oakes Farms. There are multiple restaurants inside, including made to order sushi, salads, wood fired pizza, fresh pasta, burgers and sandwiches, steaks and seafood. Fresh guacamole is made daily in the store. They also have an excellent bakery and make amazing ice cream made in house. If you are looking for some night life, there are 3 bars in store with nightly live music. There is also a complimentary play area for children while you shop and dine.

Within Carlton Lakes, you have your choice of a smaller neighborhood pool just steps away from your front door or a larger 60 foot lap pool and spa at the main clubhouse. All of the pools are heated for year round enjoyment. At the main clubhouse you will also find 4 lighted tennis courts, bocce courts with covered seating, basketball hoops, a playground, and a fishing pier. The clubhouse also has a library, great for picking out a new novel to enjoy or for use as an additional workspace with plenty of tables and fast WiFi.

You have your choice of nearby beaches, the closest is 5 miles away. You are also 5 miles from Mercato, an amazing outdoor shopping and dining venue.

**Please note that there is a $150 application fee for the Community including a background check that must be completed at least 30 days prior to your stay.

**Minimum length of stay is 30 days.

There is a nest video doorbell at the front door. There are no cameras inside the unit.

2 parking spaces are provided. One is a covered carport. The second is uncovered.

Linens, Bath Towels, and Beach/Pool Towels will be provided.
Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided.
Owner pays utilities including Electric, Cable, and Internet.

Cleaning Fee - $150 per stay.

Monthly rent listed is for Off-Season (May - October). Please contact me for up to date rental pricing.

Renter is responsible for paying associated taxes which include:
Florida General Sales and Use Tax - 6%
Collier County General Sales and Use Tax - 1%
Collier County Accommodations Tax - 5%
