The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave, and countertop dishwasher. Stackable washer and dryer are also included in the unit.

$1075 per month for rent and an additional $75 for utilities that include water, power, and gas (internet is negotiable - it would likely be included). Utilities in landlord's name so you do not need to pay to change utilities over.

First month's rent and $500 security fee due prior to move in.

Backyard has a lovely water feature and gas fireplace.

No pets please.

No application fee, but there is an application and request for copy of ID for any adult that would be applying to live in the apartment.

1 driveway parking spot and outdoor shed space available for storage.

    "There are a lot of schools and many are max capacity as they can’t seem to keep up with the growth of the area. Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."
