    "We love our neighborhood! Bikable from home to downtown in less time than battleing rush hour traffic! Great choice public elementary schools within 5 miles of home. Walkable to over 25 restaurants, 6 of which are microbreweries. A quick bike ride to historic theater and even more restaurant options. Fantastic for the cost of living here. Pot holes in Indy are BAD in winter time tho. But the paddle options (canoeing kayaking etc) nearby are fantastic! "

There are many parks within a 20 minute drive, including state parks. Good local coffees and brews. Theater And paddling- even equestrian opportunities. Great schools too! "
