About this House

Between 2014 and 2016 new roof, new siding, new concrete drive, new retaining wall, new porch, original wood floors refinished, new hot water heater, new shed and landscaped. All windows replaced except 3 non functioning, small window "lights" in living room. All woodwork is original oak and unpainted. Kitchen remodeled and updated incorporating mud room into the kitchen, custom oak cabinets, bay window. The attic is finished and is used as an extra bedroom. It is heated with an electric fireplace, cooled with window air conditioners. The basement is finished. It has a family room area, a storeroom, separate laundry room, separate tool room. New sewer and water line from house to connect with city. The electric and plumbing has also been upgraded.
