    "The traffic isn’t too bad but there’s a few spots that are very congested, too many cars parked on the road and homeless people constantly asking for money. Also the roads themselves are horrendous with a bunch of pot holes and should be fixed asap. "

Most people attend with their families. Lowell is a small but very cultured city. The park recreation music events are well attended.
